Pros

You will get the chance to learn a lot of technologies: *mongo *redis *SQL (perfect it) *.NET

Cons

Quite a few. This company pulls sins from Btobet. There are employments based on if a C-level manager is your friend. Due to those kinds of employments (people who do not know to develop code i.e. do their job) the teams suffer. Another big problem is, at the moment of this review the company does not have a direction. The iGaming sector does not know where it's going and due to that the roadmap is very much unstable. It changes every 2-3 weeks meaning a lot of frustration with the development teams, unstable releases and prolonged regression periods. Also, six releases per year - not necessary. The HR department. Surprisingly clueless. They are slow and do not follow up, ever. They act like they care but they really don't which is just sad. The transparency they preach is fake and they carry fake & meaningless job titles. Equipment - mediocre at best. From laptops to the office, far from good so that's that.

Pros

Excellent company. Clear winner in the sector. Treats its people well even as it manages through business cycles and need to be leaner in some areas. Committed to maintaining industry leadership through heavy investment in best content / products.

Cons

Nothing major. Could move faster at times, but making progress there.
