Thanks for leaving a review of your work experience at ARM. Innovation is what made us as a company successful, and will continue to drive us in the years to come as we grow in to new markets such as IoT. As you have mentioned, we have grown rather quickly, starting around 2010 to where we are currently. Our processes and support from the People and IT teams did not scale as quickly to meet the company's needs, so we fully acknowledge the growing pains as a result of this. That said, we are taking steps to ensure that all of the engineering teams have the the tools, support and personnel needed to focus on their jobs. Some of this includes Project Managers to ensure that projects stay on track so we meet our deadlines internally, as well as externally for the partners in the ARM Ecosystem as their roadmaps are dependent on ours. -Rick C.
