Our people are some of the smartest in the industry and always helpful, which gives other employees the opportunity to grow in a collaborative environment. Regarding your cons, something we have struggled with is scaling for growth while fighting to keep the 'small company' spirit, especially in the last 6 years. We openly acknowledge that our IT infrastructure is an area that did not scale as quickly while the company grew. The investment in IT is continual and not something we can solve overnight, but we are addressing the issues that have been fed back to management.
