      Pros

      + There are plenty of brilliant people in the organization and in the local office. + The size of the office does not make it possible to host flagship projects, but still, my projects so far were quite complex and challenging. + I am happy to work here.

      Cons

      - My (verification) leads seemed to be missing adequate experience in my field (UVM). At the beginning it was a 'blind led by the blind' scenario. However, this does not seem to apply for all teams or any other fields. - Project schedules seem to be tight, not sure if it is required for business or just underestimation but it can be uncomfortable.
