Pros
People are helpful. You get ownership of your work. Nvidia is about to acquire which might open up paths to a better pay, other perks and more opportunities.
Cons
Can get hectic, mostly will. Don't expect a good work-life balance. Pay could be a little better for low grade employees. If you're not from an Electronics background, you may not excel here.
