      Pros

      Hopefully now the uncertainty of the failed Nvidia Takeover is out of the way Softbank can get their IPO out of the way and Arm can get back to how they used to be.

      Cons

      What was a great place to work has been eroded since the SoftBank buyout but the same great foundation to the company is still there. I just hope they can get it back on its feet before its too late.
