Pros

Interesting work, talented people all over

Cons

Recently there have been a number of questionable decisions 1. Raising in-office attendance from 20% to 40%, and also monitoring their records. How could you claim this to be a trust based environment? 2. Paltry payrises despite good profits, completely ignoring how cost of living crisis is having a severe effect on your employees 3. Reduced office amenities and even started charging for coffee, combining with more mandatory in-office days it's torturous

Thank you for sharing your experiences of life at Arm. We work in a flexible, hybrid way because we believe it’s the best way to build the Arm community while enabling personal choice and inclusion – that means everyone is asked to spend some of their time in the office. The specific amount varies by team and the type of work they do. In terms of reward, we reward people competitively and equitably for the work they do and the skills and experience they bring to Arm, differentiating on performance and external market dynamics. If you don't think your reward reflects your contribution, please talk to your manager or a member of the People team. We provide a variety of catering options on our Cambridge offices. For coffee specifically, you can use the free coffee machines in the kitchens dotted around, or you can visit one of the on-site baristas who’ll make your drink exactly how you like it for a small charge. Thanks again for your review. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us: Glassdoorfeedback@arm.com

Pros

Well positioned. Great benefits. Good compensation. Nice stock comp growth and 401k match

Cons

Getting busier than what it used to be. In a way that’s good.
