Cons
I was given only 4 stars for India Management especially in IT you can lot of people undergraduate and now they are leading the teams which is not a good sign. As getting job in arm is like a life achievement but those people got job because of the bad management earlier and they are continuing for long time with bucketing to the management without doing anything. I can see lot of good people india working on highly technical things like automations, service improvement but here it is missing. I am giving this feedback to grow arm india right way..
