Experience varies by team. Poor management, which is reactive not proactive. Poor, ineffective, project management. Constant reoganisations (which produce no real result) are distruptive. Poor internal communications between teams. Quite political in certtain tains. Extensive politics with and between teams. Middle management and project management heavy. Guidance from managers often vague. Requirement to do lots of peripheral tasks around main task. Not many social/team activities. Often poor strategic decisions are made. Losing UK culture. Becoming an American-style company.
