Pros
1. It gives you a lot of flexibility when it comes to worked hours 2. The HR is always in contact with you to help you out 3. They offer loans with no interest
Cons
1. There is no clear path to evolve in your career. 2. There is little opportunity to learn new technologies, so you'll get stuck with the tech you know. 3. If you don't know how the salary works abroad they will take advantage of you. 4. They require you to install sketchy software that has total control of your work computer. 5. There isn't a solid recognition system in place. If you work overtime, they will probably know but no recognition/compensation will come, at most, you'll get a thank you.
