The client treats me like the other employees, though I heard client relations can be hit or miss.
Cons
There are no yearly salary adjustments for employees.
The time tracker is annoying to fill as a newcomer, but these things get much easier afterward.

Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
