I've been three years at the company and haven't had any salary adjustment. I'd understand if it is notified but no information is given even if asked.

The entire process (although long) was smooth; I was assigned a client, a team, and onboarding.
Cons
Once the client canceled their contract with Baires due to company costs, they indicated they would find me another client, but after only a week, they told me there were none and that they had to terminate my contract. They never called back, even after I reapplied
