I did not receive feedback, except when my managers felt I was doing something wrong. My manager failed to prioritize--he would tell me that everything was high priority, and when I guessed wrong (or even when he told me a project could be put on the back burner), he would gaslight me and berate me for not reading his mind. I received no support when I was dealing with personal challenges. Management is noncommunicative except when they want to blame someone.
