Not many actually. The focus on certain metrics could get aggravating at times. For example, "you upsold a basket really well, but didn't get a credit card and membership...nice job, but shame on you. You need at least two this week. Let's have an impromptu retraining." Honestly though, as long as you offered or mentioned it to customers, you'd usually meet the minimum.
