Pros

I used to be able to work from home which was a big plus - but they took that away in 2014. Some good managers that appreciated your hard work.

Cons

They require you to work at least 45 hours a week - but only pay you for 40 hours a week. Most of my managers did not know how to manage. they were promoted because someone above them liked them. When I left, I had an exit interview which was a joke. The HR person wrote it in a little notebook with a lot of other notes. When I asked if it would be entered into the system, I was told there is no place to enter it. They just keep the exit interviews in notebooks. They keep cutting workers until now there are not enough people to do the job.

Pros

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

Cons

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
