Pros

Descent discount. Certain stores makes great strides to make a positive impact on the community As is with most companies, if you are lucky enough to have a proper management team, your potential can be endless. Best Buy does supports innovation greatly, and if one comes up with a proper idea to grow business, it is executed.

Cons

Most stores have incompetent leaders, not able to manage the business or their employees. Most stores are supervisor ran, and on pay that makes Wal-Marts Assistant Manager's look well off. Since in the Best Buy world, Supervisors are truly Assistant Managers, and Full Timers are more of a Department Manager role. Supervisors do not get the career support needed to become great leaders, and if one comes into Best Buy with previous experience, they are shunned for holding peers and "salaried managers" accountable for work not being done that is in their Core Job Accountabilities.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
