When hiring they focused on sales rather than candidates technical skills... especially in the Geek Squad. The store management is all over the board and communication usually leaves something to be desired. I regularly find the departments understaffed... This particular store is new and it's been difficult considering the economic times we are in. We are in an affluent area (small suburbs) so it's not the volume of sales, it's how much each sale is and I don't think the management has figured out how to organize and train the team to work properly in this situation.
