Pros

Decent benefits if you are full time and salaries. Good resources on campus (banking, daycare, etc) for those that work on campus

Cons

- "Boys Club" mentality. Often promote friends vs Qualified Candidates - Gap between corporate employees understanding retail and big box (actually working inside a store) - Local Market Team is VERY disconnected from their employees and often don't take the time to understand each individual store and manager - Local Market Team (Minneapolis) is very inconsistent with accountability and goals = favoritism is an issue with the Market Team - Doesn't listen to employees and often sweep issues (including HR issues) "under the rug" - Store Employees are not valued in the Minneapolis Market - Company allows Directors, including Market Directors that manage an entire market of stores, to not even live in the market for a year!! Therefore, management doesn't even make it in to all the stores in their market for at least a year and we waste THOUSANDS on travel for them

Pros

Great place to work if you love tech.

Cons

They have turned into corporate America. No longer care about their employees like they used to.

Pros

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

Cons

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
