Pros

fun environment and atmosphere, people seem to actually care. Blue crew bonusses when budget is made, games to make work more fun that come with gift cards sometimes. Everyone is connected by headsets so we cam communicate and talk to eachother during the shifts. Also the break room has a large screen tv an x-box couch and snacks. Viewpoint events are also fun we raise money and then celebrate by all going out to eat or having a game night etc.

Cons

the blackout period in which you cant request off during the holiday season. I like to see my family on the holidays and this makes it impossible. I also like to have weekends off, because this is retail this is also difficult to accomplish.

Great General Manager, that’s about it.

Cons

All of the leadership besides the GM were unprofessional. They couldn’t help it but most were incompetent.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
