Pros
Incentives to reach sales goals, decent benefit plan if you reach full time, hours can be reasonable
Cons
Systemic culture of abuse that goes several levels up (above district and regional management and HR). An employee and get exceptional reviews, get employee of the month several times, hit sales goals, and go above and beyond the job description and still be told that “women just aren’t suited to sales”, that their “morals are holding them back from management”, their accurate health and safety reports could get the “manager in trouble”, and end up getting fired without cause three days after filing disability paperwork with the company. I was actively told that I wouldn’t be allowed to move up or out of the company while I was there, and just waited to get fired.
