Pros

None really, their EPP is most often beaten by their price match policy.

Cons

Alot of cons, hard to believe they have lifers there with how everything is managed. - Individual Targets but no incentives to sell (only management gets bonuses, and they let you know) - Unethical sales practices to sell warranty on products. (discount other products, lie about what the warranty actually covers) - Schedule changes randomly without notice, but when you make a request they need 3 weeks notice..... - unpaid work, management schedules you till close but then expects you to close down the store for free and if you send a request for overtime its denied and then you get in trouble. Easy fix but then you run into customers wanting to buy something right before close and all the registers are down as cash has already been counted. - Not enough staff, most employees are part time but they don't allot proper breaks to have someone cover your area (I.E 2 people work a department today, 1 from 8-4:30 while the 2nd from 4:30 till close) management just tells you to find someone to has been trained to cover your section......also this leaves no time to go get trained into other department.

Pros

-It's a job that is available in most locations.

Cons

-The company, on a corporate level, doesn't seem to grasp the value of the talent they have. - Close ties with Citibank subvert the importance of product knowledge, customer service, and revenue for credit card sales. - Daily Performance check-ins are overbearing and myopic. - Tends to burnout motivated employees with false carrots and hollow promises. - Pay's terrible, and rides the line of predatory at times.
