Pros

The job itself and the work itself is relatively easy. (Once you're tenured) Benefits and discount are pretty good including PTO.

Cons

The training is terrible. Takes a good solid 1-2 years to understand somewhat everything you need to know and who to contact when you don't know something. I found myself mistakingly telling clients/customers wrong information too many times to count until about 3 years into working. Employees are cycled in and out insanely fast. Attendance policy is fair until its not. Genuinely think the attendance policy is laid out fairly however once you get put on a final warning you're pretty much fired. Once you get put on a final you're not cleared of the warning until an entire year of no mistakes.

Pros

Flexible hours, employee perks such as discounted products, offers 401(k) despite being part-time, coworkers who are nice to work with.

Cons

Management is quick to call-out sales that have nothing attached to it (warranties, card applications, memberships, or accessories). There is a rodent problem that has not been addressed for nearly a year; food and beverages cannot be sold at this store.
