i am joining this company thinking it is travel tech good future good culture. but no. very big mistake i am doing. this is not travel company this is like political party office only. i am not joking. from top top management to everyone, only one thing is happening here boot licking. only boot licking. nothing else is working here. you want growth? do boot licking. you want good work? do boot licking. you are hardworking, talented, doing good job? nobody is caring. zero. but you are good in flattering your boss his boss and his boss also? oh you will flying so fast. i am seeing this with my own eyes only. good people are leaving. average people who are licking boots they are getting promoted. this is the culture here. very bad. and HR. oh HR. i dont even know what to say. they are just showpiece only. very big showpiece. you are going to them with problem they will smile and do nothing. whole building is burning they are turning blind eye only. they are not for employees they are for management only. always. please i am requesting you only. think before joining. your self respect will not survive here. mine is already over.
