Pros
- The company has a good work life balance. - There is good competitive compensation. - There is good recognition from peers.
Cons
-The promotions here is very difficult. - Apparently we have to do a lot of documentation for our work in order to promote our work. - There is no benefit of joining as a Software engineer 1 if you are more than 4 years of experience and you are expecting a promotion. It becomes a lot difficult to get promoted and stock options will not be given. So its better to join as Software engineer 2 or not join at all.
