Thanks for your rating and review it is really appreciated. I agree there is a lot of change at Rentalcars. We are tech company after all and we constantly need to develop and evolve our products to be the best they possibly can be for our customers. Our move into agile Product Group structures last year really emphasised that pace of change. I am sure at times we could manage some of these things better and we are still learning but I would say that it is the pace of growth and change that makes Rentalcars such an exciting place to be. You can't grow and bring 350+ people into the business (as we plan to this year) without accepting change.
