9yHi and thanks for your rating and review, it really is appreciated. Thank you for recognising the improvements that have been made, we are working hard in this area but I agree that we still have a way to go but I'm confident that we will get there. As you know, we introduced a fundamental restructure last year and over all, I would say it has gone well for most colleagues. However, change of this nature does take time to bed in and I'm sorry that it did not feel right for you. We will continue to drive improvements across the business both in terms of pay and benefits and management competencies.
