Dynamic company, fast pace, challenging

Cons

All 3 managers in Toronto office are unprofessional, gossip, play favourites, barely do anything (that I saw). Say they are data driven but their favourites don't meet their targets and get away with it. They conduct business in other languages and switch when people are near by.
