Pros

Great environment, one of the funkiest offices in Manchester, very intercultural environment, very professional

Cons

Getting promoted out of the call centre if they struggle replacing you can be a challenge - my reason to leave the company.

Hiya and thanks for your review and rating it really is appreciated. I obviously am not aware of your personal circumstances and I would be very interested to learn more about your experience if you'd like to contact me. Having said that, in the first half of this year (i.e. Jan to June 17) more than 150 colleagues have been promoted at Rentalcars, many of those from the Customer Service Centre to more senior roles or to other departments. If you look across our business, there are people in all departments who started on the phones and now are building very different careers. The People department itself is a great example with colleagues in Talent Acquisition, CS Resourcing, L&D and the People Team all from Sunny House. I'm sorry it didn't work for you but there are no shortage of great career opportunities. All the best for the future, kind regards Ryan
