Hi and thanks for your review and rating. Communication is one of those areas where no matter how good you are at it there is always stuff you can do to get better and we will always look to improve. With regards to progression plans, we are doing a lot of work at the moment on career paths. I'm not sure which part of the business you work in but watch this space.
