8yHiya and thanks for your feedback it's appreciated. I naturally agree with all your Pros, I hope you enjoyed the all colleague update yesterday, exciting times ahead 😄. I actually agree that when you are growing as fast as we are and have been over recent years, sometimes it is hard to keep processes up to speed. However, what a great challenge to have? We are making progress in our ways of working and being an analyst you will know we are recruiting and bringing some amazing data people into the business. We are investing heavily in our management team, both in terms of bringing new colleagues in and investing in our existing colleagues careers and development. As you know, as I always say, if we get it right for our colleagues, we'll get it right for our customers and that will drive performance (even more). Thanks again Ryan
