8yHi and thanks for your review and more importantly the 8 years+ service that you have given, you really have seen so much change. I wouldn't say we are trying to run the company through social media although we are using Workplace to help us try and improve communication which as you've identified is always an area where we will constantly try to improve. E-learning is an important part of our L&D strategy but it is only a part of it. This year we have run more workshops and coaching sessions than ever before. For example in October alone, we ran 35 workshop sessions on different topics. We are also working hard on our Apprenticeship strategy. I'm not sure what you mean with your "losing their job" comment but if you have any concerns, I would recommend you speak to someone, your manager or a member of the People Team. With regards to salaries, we have done a lot of work in this area and will continue to do so. Over all we believe that we are ok but we work in such fast moving markets we constantly need to keep it under review. Thanks again Ryan
