Hi and thanks for your review and rating it really is appreciated. I really appreciate the pros that you highlight as I think they highlight what makes BookingGo special. I'm particularly pleased that you feel this way with more than 3 years Service as you will have seen a lot of change in that time. With regards to salaries and Perks this is always a difficult area as I'm sure we would all want higher pay and better benefits. We do actually benchmark engineering salaries twice a year, both across the Manchester geography and more widely as we attract colleagues from across the world. I hope that in the 3 years+ you have been with us you will recognise the huge improvements we have made in this area and I can assure you that we will continue to look for ways to enhance our terms and conditions.
