Pros

Some great co workers Nice office

Cons

Turnover of high skilled people is high, low skilled people can stay forever MVP is all the company cares about. Then on to the next project, sometimes projects don't even get to MVP but are released in bad shape Unethical behavior at all levels of the company. The ethics ambassador program is a tick-box exercise to claim they are ethical. Dark patterns are used throughout the company Low pay and benefits compared to other companies in Manchester. HR will even demean people who speak up on the issue and insult other companies to ensure people don't leave. There are better jobs, better pay, better benefits in Manchester - the 'BookingGo is so great no one else around can match us' is a lie.

I’m obviously disappointed with your feedback which I understand is a culmination of the 3 years you worked with us. To get to the heart of the issues you raised: our group across the world are relentlessly focussed on “the right results, the right way”, we have ethics ambassadors throughout the company, conduct regular training with all colleagues and have an anonymous on line reporting facility for colleagues to report anything that they are concerned about a so I dispute your assertion that we are an unethical company, we do not endorse “tick box” initiatives. With regards to pay and benefits, we are working in a very competitive and fluid market for talent. I know that people don't always believe me but we continue to benchmark salaries and benefits packages as a matter of course, the same way that other employers in the area do & there will be even more enhancements in our 2019 offering to all colleagues. I disagree with you about us being an MVP absorbed company, this has never been further from the truth but we do have to make sure that we are focussed on the right things that will drive our business and do the right thing for our customers. On a final note, the people team (HR) are genuinely focused on making a difference to colleague’s experience in the workplace I am disappointed that you think they would demean people. If this happened to you, during your employment and you wish to discuss please contact me directly I’d be happy to discuss this with you on a 121. I do wish you well in your future career. Ryan.
