7yHiya and thanks for your feedback, although I'm disappointed with what you have to say. I'm sorry if you were given incorrect information re the night shift allowance. We are always looking at ways that we can improve pay and conditions but this has not been on the agenda for some time (although that's not to say we shouldn't look at). We have invested millions in our colleagues this year, including the pay review which was inline with inflation. The Booking benefit of 1000 Euros a year is a great perk, the gift card of 300 Euros tax free was also a great gift. Yes we did these because we're part of Booking.com but I'm not going to apologise for that, that's a good thing. In addition we paid for the statutory pension increase this year and will match your contributions up to 10%. We also increased holiday entitlement. These are not the actions of a business that does not appreciate its colleagues. I certainly do not want colleagues to leave and I'm sorry if your expectations have not been managed well, I will pick this up with the LT at SLH. Thanks again for your feedback Ryan
