Pros

Nothing at all. Just regrating and Will be regrating my entire life why I joined this company. I was enticed by by brand but it's all rubish. Not a place to work for.

Cons

if I start listing cons I don't think I can finish in a couple of hours or so. Last review was correct and I thank the person for detailing all the issues here so I'm not repeating them. You will be monitored every second/every call/ no matter how experienced you are in handling calls even if you have 25+ years experience in call centre you will never hit the performance score as The untrained TL's job is to pick up on minute issues to harass you on One to one meetings. That's not the end then you will have quality on top of that another battering on one to one. This place is a hell. I had 15 years of experience in some reputable organisation but still struggling to cope. Some TL are working here for 20 to 25 years and thinks others as school leavers. But the don't realise they are just TLs for that long could no go any higher then that. why?they look for opportunities to Harass you in front of everyone. Will not take over call s from you when customer demands to speak to managers as their right. I am seeing for last 4 years group by group new ppl joining almost every other months but can't figure out where all these people go? I am now suffering long-term illness due the stress I was coping with in this place. Will leave soon.
