Continual cost cutting makes it an unpleasant work environment - Software Engineer British Airways Employee Review

The continual cutting of costs, reduction of service onboard aircraft and outsourcing key departments overseas makes British Airways less British by the day. The IT department has been heavily hit recently, forcing many to see alternative employment. The call centres could well be the next target. This was once a company I was proud to work for. Sadly it no longer is. If you're an IT professional looking for employment at BA, I suggest you look elsewhere.
