Pros
good travel concessions and generally fairly flexible with regard to working hours. Opportunities to be sponsored for various professional qualifications and other training courses do still exist.
Cons
currently seem to be rumours that staff travel concessions will be reduced and seems to be a huge appetite to outsource all non core functions so long term career prospects not good.
