Senior management have lost it - Anonymous employee British Airways Employee Review

The IAG management have decided BA doesn't need an IT department. They simply do not understand IT, proof being observations like "if you have time to test the code then you don't have enough work to do". I can't speak for the customer facing part, but all back-office areas are crumbling.
