Pros
Very good exposure to how an airline operates, opportunities to work in all departments within engineering. Lots of opportunities if you're proactive eg roles/travel, good benefits, good training/development, strong graduate community
Cons
Graduate scheme is quite rigid from what it use to be, salary/graduate pay scale isn't quite market competitive
