Good destinations, nice headquarters, nice crew, lots of time off.

Lack of respect from higher management, unlivable pay, impossible and gradually getting worse t&c's, very Negative approach to business, focusing on disapline, no rewards for doing well, lie about the job specs before getting the job, very bad illness disaplinary routes.
