It's a huge machine at BA & as such requires loads of self management to find the opportunities & climb a career ladder- various areas to explore as a career in aviation & "the brand " pushes & supports you
Cons
It's easy to get lost in the "global corporate world of BA and it's hard to deliver an intuitive personal customer service , as you really are a small part in a huge overall picture
