      Working with like minded people Travelling to some interesting destinations Varied rosters (a mixture of short haul and long haul)

      Cons

      Company do not listen to their staff. Benefits are being axed. Pay is not a living wage. Mixed Fleet are treated as disposable and not valued for the work they do. Company are turning into a low cost model
