Not allowed to use initiative - "computer says no" mentality. Bullying from management is rife - even to the point of producing fake Facebook/Twitter posts to issue Final Written Warnings to get staff to toe the line. Advice to staff - have nothing to do with "Safecall" - it is not safe, it is not confidential and it gives the bullying managers a further weapon to use against you.
