      Pros

      Excellent Brand, good work-life balance, comfortable (but remote) headquarters. Easy to move across disciplines as well as progress within a vertical.

      Cons

      Can be very bureaucratic and slow to get things changed. Very large operation at LHR which sometimes feels like it is lots of different businesses.
