The company is culturally diverse yet commits to a family togetherness, with mutual respect and recognition. Hard work and excellence is rewarded and credited where due. Customer satisfaction is a commitment that all my colleagues adhere to.
Cons
The sickness and absence policy is not flexible enough. Every employee understands the cost implications and risks to the business caused by sickness and absence, but management use this as a punishment that can affect career prospects.
