Stress and more Stress,got to me in the end after 19 years,very sad,as really loved my job in LGW,going from a job, as cabin crew since 1979 ,we just got given so many new things to contend with far to quickly,and it was all trial and error,half didn't work,so we were made to look stupid and unprofessional to our customers,and telling them all the time its for your good,have since been back to zone A and found it has been changed back to many of the old ways of working,as it hadn't worked,if only the hands on staff had been asked before many of the new things had been implemented,there would have been none of these hiccups,hands on staff nearly always NO BEST ,YOU HAVE LOST SO MANY OLD GOOD STAFF FROM ALL THE STRESS HANDED OUT WITH NEW WORKING PROCEDURES THAT DON'T COME TO ANYTHING BA DOES NOT ALWAYS KNOW BEST IN THE MANAGEMENT TEAM AREA ,I WAS VERY SAD TO LEAVE,WOULD HAVE LOVED TO STAY TILL MY RETIREMENT
