Great team spirit where Glasgowwe worked in Atrium Court, Glasgow-inspiring,encouraging and supportive colleagues who became lifelong friends. Everyone took a pride in going the extra mile for customers. You were encouraged to do this and your decisions were supported. Executive Club members, many of whom became like friends, always said they loved speaking to Glasgow.
Cons
The company has become too London centred-it's called BRITISH Airways-third party handling and poor catering on domestics are false economy.
