Pros
-Flight perks (whilst slightly limited - is still on average an 80-90% discount on flights, and for that standby is ok) -Brand is phenomenal -When you fly for work, you are in Business or First -Decent work-life balance
Cons
-Turnovers and company reorganization about every 18 months -Need to be at Waterside (Heathrow) for a real career -Pay sucks
