      None - The rosters are brutal and bad for your health. Violations on rosters are overridden. 6 days on with only 1 or 2 days off. You have been warned.

      Cons

      Rosters are brutal and illegal. Attempt by new offshoot of BA to compete with the low cost airlines with old aircraft and fatigued crews. More leavers than joiners. An accident waiting to happen.
