The people make the company, everyone is outgoing, loves to travel and experience new adventures. Good training and benefits, travel perks are awesome.
Cons
Constant downsizing is impacting morale, in such a competitive industry the only way to make money is to keep hammering down costs which ultimately means taking away from your people.
